About
a year ago, I was asked to create a program for athletes that required them to
build strength, power, and speed. The only problem - they had ZERO
equipment.

I started to think about what serious athletes need the most and could get from

So
how do you do it???
Simple
- you train with BODYWEIGHT!
You
use the tools God gave you when you were put on this earth! When it comes down
to it, there is no other training tool that is more versatile and effective than
training with your own bodyweight!
But
when I created this program, I didn't want to stick to just plain ol' bodyweight
training. I wanted to blend it all together into an ATHLETIC based formula to
help improve all of the factors above.
PROJECT:
Mobile and Hostile has a highly unique blend of different bodyweight movements
mixed in together to help yield KILLER results!
I
know because I helped a Professional Football team in Brazil win a National
Championship with this same exact program!
When
I traveled over to Brazil to play for the Cuiaba Arsenal, I got there and I was
shocked at the lack of equipment they had available.
I
had to think on my toes so I created a system using only bodyweight to train
these players to become stronger, faster, and more
explosive.
The
HUGE bonus to these types of workouts was that people were shredding up body fat
as well!
So
now, I use this very same program to help ALL of my clients and athletes get STRONGER and
LEANER!
In
order to be a great athlete or look good, you want to have a good ratio of LEAN
TISSUE to FAT MASS. The workouts contained within PROJECT: Mobile and Hostile
help specifically balance this ratio out!

- So what's so special about these bodyweight only workouts??
Answer
- The unique blend of components each training session has within it is what makes
these workouts so dangerous!
Here's
what the workouts are built upon:
Each
workout is broken up into 5 basic parts:
1) The
Mobility Warm Up
2) Explosive
Power OR Agility Movements
3) Strength
Movements
4) Conditioning
Sets and Circuits
5) Mobility
Cool Down and Foam Rolling
To
clarify this stuff a bit more for you, let's go through each of these parts to
find out what each will bring to the table...
1)
The Mobility Warm Up
-Within this part, I have a fast and effective mobility warm up that will
properly get you ready to perform at your highest level.
If
you didn't know, warming up is
ESSENTIAL for results! Whether you're an athlete or not, it's critical and
your results and performance depend on it!
Skip
the warm up and you can skip your results! PERIOD!
2)
Explosive Power OR Agility Movements -
This section of the workout is about helping you increase SPEED, AGILITY and
POWER. Essential for athletes but also essential for regular trainees as well
looking to melt body fat!
Within
this part of the workout, there are a number of different power, speed and
agility drills you'll perform depending on the workout.
3)
Strength Movements -
This is the meat and potatoes of the workout. The strength section is where
we'll focus on a strength movements which are CRITICAL for all trainees - athlete
or not.
Getting
stronger will help add muscle, increase power, and improve overall
conditioning.
4) Conditioning Sets and Circuits
-
Within this section of the workout, since we have the strength and power
movements out of the way, we can focus strictly on increasing our stamina and
overall conditioning.
A
side bonus to the type of conditioning we do in this program, you'll see drops
in weight and bodyfat!

We
do this with a lot of different circuits, challenges, and intervals. Not only
are these crucial for your overall success, their fun as
well!
5)
Mobility Cool Down and Foam Rolling -
Just like with the warm up, the cool down is equally if not more important to
your results!
When
you train at a high level, over time you break your body down. To help keep
your mobility, flexibility, and to help decrease your risk of injury, the COOL
DOWN is another essential part to the puzzle!
The
mobility cool down and foam rolling section of your training days are programmed
in to help speed up recovery as well.
These are NOT to be missed! They will help you stay MOBILE so you can be
HOSTILE!
So
now you know what to expect within a training session. All are very unique, challenging, and
unconventional!
These workouts
are TOUGH! They are NOT For Those Out There Looking For The Easy Way
Out!
This
is EXACTLY what you need to break away from everyone else and get some BIG TIME

3 days of training each and every week.
